At Wigme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Wigme account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
